Loved the huge collections, and the customer service was absolutely great! Although the ring size I wanted wasn't readily available within my budget (I needed it immediately), I would certainly recommend this place for the service and the collections.
Good Jewellery shop in the locality. The collection is not super huge but has some unique pieces. The staff are very helpful and ready to assist. Even though we were there around the time the sales ladies leave but still they were eager to show the entire collection.
Take some time, have patience to find your favorite jewelry, and you will not go empty hand from here. Lots of choices at all range for all age group and gender. One best thing I found in this store is that they have instrument to check the purity of gold in case you are exchanging your old gold, so there is complete transparency about the inputs they will give.
Guys if you value your hard earned money please don't buy from reliance jewels. The staff here are useless and the store manager Mr. Ganesh has no skills to communicate not sure how is he into sales. I have never come across such a sick and dumb sales person. I have got gold for exchange and they weighted it before melting and the staff promised I would get almost the same weighed gold price after melting as my jewellery dint have any design and it cannot catch dirt. But after melting the gold weighed too less and when asked they said while melting it's fallen here there and hence the difference. This store loots people. Reliance needs to take serious action towards such illiterate staff. Because of this people the brand names gets effected. Shame
