I had a wonderful experience in this showroom. The staff is extremely courteous and cooperative. Especially Mr. Jayant Dagli, who was the floor manager and my point of contact. The showroom has very good gold, diamond and platinum collection, design options in both affordable and exquisite ( higher) range. Their gold exchange was a thoroughly transparent process. I also had a smooth experience joining their jewellery investment plan which offers a better return than other companies.
They have awesome collection...one must visit here just to see the designs if not buying... but am sure you may end up buying one or two of them.....staffs are very well behaved and helpful ... but.... billing process is bit slow.

Staff were courteous, safety protocols were in place. Their collections were good can't say excellent though. Overall a good experience just that you need to have an ample amount of time in hand. Their billing process is tedious.
I had the worst experience of buying diamond ring from reliance jewellery. I bought my diamond ring from this store and after couple of days, 2 diamonds fell on its own. When i contacted the salesman then they refused to own this quality issues in their product and denied the service. If they can't take the responsibility or guarantee of the quality of the diamond products then they should stop selling diamond products.
