They have many collections but too much variation in Gold rate. Their making charges are also high in comparison to other similar Jewels even though I have shown them the making charges of other reputed Jewels in kota, they have also realised that overall their making charges are 10% higher than others.
Very bad experience, a small jewellry shop could have a better management than these people.
I went for a gold coin, it shouldn't take more than 10-15 mins in billing and all. These guys took more than 1.5 hour to even consider my turn. It's not because there is huge rush but the purely poor management.
People kept in a line like a ration shop, one guy handling all, no printing machine, no cash counting machine, they keep running from one room to another. The same, guy counting, distributing, invoicing and all. UTTER MESS.
The store is really Bad. The Store Manager Mr. Navneet Kumar and his staff mislead people.
I recently visited and booked jewellery and paid advance amount. The offer of making charges was supposed to be reserved. Now suddenly they're forcing us to pay the full amount. Please be careful while dealing with these people.
This store lacks the digital economy competencies. The worst was when they were not able to identify their own hallmark in the jewellery and asked for the bill. They are so backward on the digital economy that they rejected digilocker verified PAN Card and asked for hard copy which people from metros do not opt for in recognition of paperless economy

Awful customer service! I asked to view more designs 3 different times and each time the staff member said "it's too costly" "that one will be costlier for you". This was very disrespectful towards me and my family, on which bases did he judge us on? His job was to sell and provide customer service which he completely failed to do. I hope the manager speaks to him on this matter.
Also, mediocre designs in gold, don't be misguided by the large showroom, either go to a smaller business or shop in another city.
Great experience for buying jewellry. We can get great many designs of each kind of jewellery more over staff of the reliance jewellery is very professional. They deal each customer very professionally. If you have a plan to buy Gold and Diamond jewellery then must visit the store moreover you can start a gold scheme investment if you want to buy jewellery in future.
Please avoid going there , the gold product bought just broke with the first time usage , though the owner said that this piece is casted one and is strong. Will definitely won't suggest anyone to go there, rather grab any other reputed one.
