Very good behaviour of all staff. Good collection. We have visited store many times and I am fully satisfied with the service. Mr Pradip Mukherjee ,manager has very good behaviour.

This is regarding a very horrible, disappointing and embarassing situation I had to face during shopping at one of your stores at Asansol, West Bengal. Following is the incident, After i finalized the product, it was weighed at billing counter. Where I saw the weight as 2.407 gms but the salesman conveyed it to the person on bill counter as 2.408gms , which upon my objection he said ok, ok which led me to beleive that billing would be done for 2.407. but later , billing was done for 2.408 gms. On my objection, rather to my surprise all staff members started arguing me giving different justifications about weight deviation and all. All I had to say was that they should have conveyed me before billing rather than agreeing for 2.407 and billing for 2.408 gms. One staff namely pradeep Mukherjee was so rude while arguing and was repeatedly saying " aap pahli baar kharid rahe Hain islie aapko nahi pata" as if he was judging my financial capability of buying gold and as if I was some poor guy not fit to their class and got there buying from some high class shop. That guy was so so rude and emberassed me in front of everyone there along with my parents. I would like to convey this was my 1st experience at reliance jewel and unless staffs like Mr pradeep Mukherjee are property acted upon , or rather sacked, this would be my last shopping experience there as well. Even the stores manager was unable to control that staff from rudely arguing and shouting at me. This was the worst experience of my lifetime of shopping at such a reputed store and I would definitely consider twice before having anything to do with anything having a name reliance with it.
