Awful service! We bought jewelery and they offered to clean my silver earrings. When it was given back I saw that they scratched and matte finish worn off. Also staff are deceivers. They said that it was like that and and they polished earings by ultrasonic cleaning. But the truth is that ultrasonic cleaning is very delicate cleaning and it cleans without scratching and aslo cleans very small details from dust. But my earing are still black. They also tried to convince me that the silver coating was already antique not matte. (You can see on the 3rd photo how they were, when I just bought them. They were shining). Staff's behavior was rude. They tried to put pressure on me and prove to me that I was wrong. No courtesy or customer service. We made a purchase and they still don't value their customer.
