I visited the Reliance Jewellers store today in Civil Lines, Bareilly, for the first time, having been a regular customer of Tanishq. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The salesgirl who assisted me seemed disinterested in helping me find the items I was looking for. She showed me only a limited selection of pieces and kept pressing me to make quick decisions, which left me feeling rushed. Additionally, I found the overall store management to be lacking. I hope Reliance Jewellers can improve its customer service and provide a more welcoming shopping environment in the future.

Very Pathetic It was a very messy experience. my gold mangalsutra got broken and i took it there,, So the reply of a staff madam is "that if you wear it then it will definitely break" I mean seriously it is a reply. I felt very bad to hear that we buy jewelery to wear or to decorate our home. And it's only been 2 years since I bought the Mangalsutra and even then I didn't wear it everyday, And they didn't even fix my mangalsutra and I was forced to buy a new one. . If you don't accept the mistake it's ok but , at least you should know how to deal with the customer, really a very bad service by Reliance jewellery. I didn't expect this from you . (Civil lines Bareilly)

Good staff nice collection

Visited this store on 13 jul 2022 to get repair done for one of the ornament. First of all they denied repair stating ornament need to send to Mumbai for repair without any repair gauranty. Then they were not able to fetch the bill for our ornament inspite of providing required details,further they started convincing to get replace the ornament as per exchange and even they disguised that our ornament is AD or stone instead of real diamond. Also they start cross selling their products and schemes. Ultimately we came out after wasting 1 and half hour, as no staff was seems to be interested attendin us. Hence not recommend anyone to visit this store.
