Not at all responding to the calls. Thinking of changing the company during renewal
Very bad service I would like to inform to all. my insurance was bumper to bumper but just changed rear bumper before 3 weeks and after that also happened small accident and damaged front bumper just try to claim APCO Hyundai Kanhangad also 3 days my car was there but they can't register in system then they inform me have some issue like that then I asked them they give me answer fund transfer issue but it's not our issue insurance company need to solve this it's small case for bumper if have a major accident what they do ? I have more 3 cars that also reliance insurance tomorrow I can changed lot of insurance company available in Kerala also one thing we are not beggars you don't have worthy service also one of your insurance surveyor also very bad Attitude also miss behavior Tomorrow I will come to there thank you
Worst customer service ever seen They make their customer do the complete form filling and registration by themselves which could be done from their side which is so easy for them Its better to find other Insurance company for your own good Please avoid this place better not to go for any insurance claim
