Reliance Fresh - Supermarket in Kunnamangalam - Kozhikode, India

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Reliance smart kunnamangalam, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter to warn others. The store's unethical and deceptive practices left me feeling cheated and frustrated, which is why I strongly advise against shopping there. My main grievance with Reliance smart kunnamangalam revolves around their false advertising and misleading pricing tactics. The store prominently displayed discounted prices on various items throughout the aisles, enticing customers like me to believe we were getting a great deal. However, when I reached the checkout counter, I was shocked to discover that I was being billed the full amount for most of the products, instead of the advertised discounted prices.

Just want to share my genuine experience being there. We visited the outlet and purchased few goods. Unfortunately we forgot to collect few items from the shop post billing. I just called up and coordinated with the service center. At the end they packed them up and sent it to my place with their own expense. So the outlet is good and the staffs are friendly. "Happy Shopping!" :)

Don't compare other Reliance Fresh store's in large cities. Here's limited space but collections are good. Always shop during Wednesday's they're offering discounts in Wednesday. Parking is a big problem here. Please check the expiry date before buying. Not good for fresh fruits and vegetables. It's good for outside Kerala people.

Best offers are available almost all time.

Smaller than usual reliance fresh stores, good for IIM, NIT students and have good discount if purchased in bulk. Stock is limited and fruits and vegetables not recommendable to purchase. Cooperative staff and nice parking space. Offers always available on tropicana and B natural juice package

Poor maintenance, totally congested. Can't even walk through the store properly. Staff are of little or no help. Don't even get things packed properly. Can be appreciated for giving out paper covers instead of plastic covers.

Disorganized, dirty, rotten fruits and vegetables. I waited 20 minutes to bill a Tata Tea Gold and finally I was told it is yet to be entered into the system and hence cannot bill it. Horrible shopping experience and shame on Reliance and the people run the outlet.
