Very disappointed service. At the peak time they running single cash pos and other staff are very careless in their own business

The worst. No one will bother about customer. I took vegetables and other items. I stood in que. After 10 minutes when my turn came, I am told to go and bring separate bill for vegetables and I went there and waited 10 minutes. Totally 30 minutes waste. Can they not make a single counter for all items? Another day One milk pocket I took.Bill couner system problem. I am asked to wait 10 minutes for one milk packet. Can they not collect Rs 22 from me and allow me to go? No staff will worry about service. Also I saw snacs items huge in stock going to expire in just 10 to 15 days. No fresh stock. Very good reachable place the store is available. Car parking not their. On the road need to be park the vehicle inside too much of staffs available to give service/ support. But few only having knowledge of the products available area. If two languages (Tamil & English) paste inthe product area with little big letter very use full to customer to grab from the products placed area. All good products available. With reasonable price. For example the good butter aavin is available here. In my experience the aavin dairy products not available in all the supermarket in Coimbatore. Vegetable are very fresh.

All time my favourite shop one.. But most of the rice boxea are empty now. Not filling. So disappointing. Will go to kannan smart in future

Displayed items are quite confusing. Both normal and organic food products displayed in same rack but both have very high price difference. Better check the price before you take each items.

Extremely poor service and poor Products and overall audacity In the name of customer service. Their server was down and I was waiting here patiently in the row near cash counter. 1st in the row of 8 odd customers. When asked if something can be done after good half an hour, no interest shown. And in turn get stern faces from so called store manager. And when I walked out I was given bad send off when I complained nothing. When I walked past half an hour later, the store still had long queue. At this rate this branch will lose customers for sure.
