The manager needs to take action for everything. The staff is very rude and the products are very bad there and unhygienic, they made me wait for too long to get the change with an attitude even though I requested them to make it fast as I have to prepare breakfast and getting late for office, they didn't cared even a little and today my children had to go without eating any breakfast since they were getting late. Very bad service.

Vegetable quality and freshness need to be maintained properly. Additionally, neccesary items to be stocked up on time so that customers will not turn back with disappointment.

The Place is congested and too many things loaded up. Vegetable and fruits are kept haphazardly and rotten and previous day fruits and vegetables are not sorted. They are just left unattended. There is no supervision. I have been visiting this store since its inception, and earlier it was maintained very well. Today(04 Mar 2023),its very pathetic. Need immediate supervision.

Poor hygiene. Jo fresh vegetables available. Looks like big kirana shop all the items on floor. Vegetables which should be in garbage are kept inside for sale. No manager will be available at any time to complaint. Ice cream and chocolates sold are melted and then again frozen. At least there should be proper housekeeping done and spoiled veggies should be rwmoved to avoid bad odour

Prices are reasonable. But not properly organised.some times are difficult to find. You do not have much variety. Still needs to be organised properly

The store could have been located in a little bigger place, it seems very small. Can find every day groceries for sure. But for people (like me) who want to find something new to try, you are out of luck...
