None of the staffs know how to treat buyers. Dresses are good however not handled properly they won't even pack dresses. Asking buyers to bring bags for dress purchase. No other dress shops does that. Very rude shops . Other than staffs shop and deals are good thou.
After establishment guys working there don't bother about customers who enquire about products, as well as rude to sime customers who buy through cash. Please understand that as a retail you should have to keep more denominations of cash in hand. Hope to see the changes after this feedback. Thank you

Roadside venders take a loot of fresh milk, coconuts, mint leaves, coriander leaves, cauliflower in the mornings they leave nothing to regular customers and Reliance is not bothered about it and they collaborate with them.
In another envounter july 23 check out on morning around 8 clock, found staff are not changing prices of veggies, they keep Saturday prices on displays and change to higher new prices in their weighing machines on Sunday, they dont even tell customers that the displayed rates are older, they argue when enquired on it stating they are busy doing other works., reliance has become one useless service. Be careful on billing amount, weight and charges you see there.

No small quantity minimum 500 gms and above only available, earlier 50/100 gms we use to get n prices also cheap, now prices are to high compared other department stores, this is jio type initially when cell n sim they have given cheaper after that slowly they started increasing like that in fresh they started selling high
Most of the time veggies are not fresh. Unresponsive staff. For weighing items each time we have to wait for a long time. The staff here are so chaotic. This is not the first time it's happened. Been there many times and now stopped going there.

Very neat supermarket which is something that we don't get to see in a lot of stores in Chennai. The staff is indeed helpful and kind.
The vegetables are decent and less options available. Hence I get my vegetables and fruits from other stores.
