hi customers, please I request you to not to take any products from reliance digital store. Why because reliance digital maintaining 3rd party services RESQ Worest service and uneducated person. Even the small small stores are best. I have planned to take fridge and washmachine on Diwali but unfortunately I have taken only Washmachine 9kg fully automatic program, and the installation guy came and he opened the box and then he given demo with three steps instruction like. Plug in the socket and open the water tap and then give the start button which is present on the machine that's it. He unable to provide any other information what ever I'm asking simply he is telling please go with the manual book he dont know nothing Worest service I have faced and at the time of taking product I have discussed with the sales Exective that I have heared that reliance digital is maintaining 3rd party services right so I want installation from brand authorizing person for installation and demo he said that yes we are maintain 3rd party that resQ services but if u want from brand also we are ready to provide that services also what ever the sales executive shiva said is completey false statement. Even the sales executives also telling false information what is the use of that just they want sales that's it, almost 10 days washmachine is in ideal condition. Even I'm calling to customers support they said that they are arranging the installation but no response from 10 days Worest service and false information. Please don't provide any false information what you have just you tell if we want we will take if we don't want we wont take. Below are the photos even he didn't open the drain pipe also.
