Product are good but we have to talk about apple products sale's person they are very poor in product knowledge and bad ... they don't how to explain product knowledge to customer. Some items are good. But, I tried to buy a refrigerator. They are selling demo items which are full of scratches and dents. We almost finalized the product. The staff member didn't tell us till the last moment. Giving 10% 20% off on demo pieces and selling them. They should inform before finalizing.
We purchased LG top load washing machine. Actually we want to go for IFB but the sales executive in reliance digital said that IF U BOUGHT IFB, U NEED TO PURCHASE THE VOLTAGE Stabilizers SEPERATELY, WHERE AS IN LG IT WAS INBUILT, NO NEED TO BUY IT SEPARATELY. But now the installation person was saying that u need to purchase Stabilizer . Are u playing with the customer??? Is it right to navigate the customer in a wrong way to sell ur products???? Horrible experience, we purchased two air conditioners, sales executives promised 48hours for installation process, they will come after one week for installation, installation people will talk tooo much without respect towards customers.. they are doing fake promise...
