Pathetic customer service. Decided never going to buy any product from this outlet. Even after 3 days product is not delivered where they had promised with in 24 hours of billing. They don't update anything, we have to keep on calling . Even then just give excuses. If there is issue they could inform us. It's festival season, not going anywhere and waiting for them since 3 days. But to our surprise neither product got delivered not they are informing anything. Pathetic experience with this outlet. No family members will buy here after. You lost genuine customer

Please don't buy electronics from here.. The sales managers including store manager are only focused on selling the products and bill it to customers. They say you will get the product in 1 day and made me bill for a TV which was really urgent for me for a function at home and I dint get the TV till today (12 days) I raised a complaint also which was not useful and then they called and made my order to cancel. They are not focused on customer value only focused on reaching their sales target. Shame on Reliance digital services.
