Reliance Digital - Electronics store in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I have always found reliance digital rcity mall to be highly customer centric. Was purchasing tab.. they didnt have ready stock, so they got one in an hour for me! Sohail and Payal were super awesome!

My recent visit to Reliance was a positive experience. The store had a wide variety of electronic products, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, assisting me with my queries. The store was well-organized and clean, making it pleasant to navigate through. They had competitive prices and some great deals on offer. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, saving me time. I appreciated the store's customer-friendly policies and warranty options. The availability of multiple payment methods added to the convenience. Overall, Reliance provided a satisfying shopping experience with its selection, service, and ambiance. I left the store feeling content with my purchases.

Horrible experience.... everything was pleasant until I placed the order.. purchased a TV worth 80k .and the agents there promised same day delivery and installment due to which i purchased it from there. I took a day off ..but there was no sign of delivery until 2100hrs and when I called to check on them,they connected me to the driver and he told me due some problem at his place he won't be able to deliver the tv ..how professional is that...why would u want to connect customer to a driver and get to his personal space. All said n done,as i wanted the delivery,they got it delivered by 2230hr that night some how. Rest..let's come to the complimentary stuff that they gave..they gave me a nonfunctional kettle worth rs 500..for which I paid 250 as they couldn't manage to give it complimentary as they had given me sharp speaker again worth 700 .. N now' I will have to go back to the store to get it exchanged or fixed. Other stores offer better services than them,this was the first and the last time I brought some thing from reliance digital. Since there are 2 reliance digital...I'm talking about the one which has clothes section..i think just above decathlon. Received a sub-standard product. They also sold a extended warranty along with it but there is no post sales service. It seems they are only nice till the money is paid. Then their job of conning you is done.

They committed a fraud during split AC installation where they say that the installation is free however charged Rs 4000 for installation material. E.g. Copper pipe, rubber pipe, white tape used were charged at exorbitant prices and the technician said the bill will come online. I haven't received a bill even after 4 months. The measurements given to me were wrong and so were the prices. I reached out to technician and the sales rep multiple times but they are not entertaining my request now. Highly disappointed given this is my 5th AC purchase from them.

Wonderful Experience. They explained everything perfectly. They have variety of options to choose from. I have bought several electronic products from them and they give me the utmost attention whenever I visit them. The staff here is wonderful. I was attended by Ansar Khan and Swapnil Jadhav and they both were delightful and gave me impactful advice for the product selection.
