Hi this is Ritika Chanda , tump I contacted me for the IPhone 15 which I wanted to buy, she was very helpful very cooperative and excellent in managing all the work , and managed to get a good amount for my 11pro . Thank you so much to reliance for getting such a sweet and a good employee as you won't find such employee like this everywhere. The Bajaj finserve and the hdfc staffs were also very patient and kneen in listing to me . The cashier was also very helpful. Tumpi also gave me a good gift .

Dear chandannagar reliance digital. I had purchased many more products from your store. Today i came to purchased a jbl headphones and after billing a sales person take me to the service desk for checking the product but there was lady sitting over there.Sales person before leave me he asking me for sit and he gone. Then asking the lady to plz open my product because i already late at billing point. Then i am just shoked about the throwing of lady's voice she told me open the box and it has some user manual then check the product it my self... And her behaviour is very disappointed me ... I asking for demonstration then she said call the sales person and get the demo ... Is it your welled reception ... I don't know how is it happened here. I had ever seen this type of service behaviour in bigest retail shop of India.And i never come in your store to purchased a single product... I asking her for name its (Rimpa sen)she told me. I must says to your management plz rectified that other wise customer will take the action.

Service is pretty slow. Bought a HP laptop by exchanging by Mac. It literally took ages!! When I got back home learnt that the webcam doesn't work (on the first day).Called HP service centre and have scheduled a pickup and replacement. Not an experience I expected.

Local GuideThe worst place to buy your digital product. I got a broken tv which was apparently broken during packing which was ascertained by their own engineer. The top brass pressurized the engineer to "not to acknowledge the defect". Never got a replacement. They give copy paste replies instead of solving the problem. And the "cshead" mail id they is a bigger blunder. If you value your money don't buy from "reliance digital Chandannagar".
