Very very poor.... poor quality products, and after sell " Hum apke hai koun? " Utterly disgusted and disappointed I am now regretting my decision to purchase a product from them
Too bad a experience...I wish no one should experience this kind of services..we ordered a fridge on 26th of july. They first told they will deliver it on 30th of july or 1st August... then on 1st they told they told they will deliver it on 6th of august and now on 6th they are telling they need more time...i would advice to vist other stores but not this one....
Unsatisfactory customer service. Laid-back attitude as if they are doing a favour by attending the customers and too slow to show up and demonstrate. Poor finance (HDB), representative's lack of knowledge and slowness in billing another reason I chose some other store. Just because it's reliance they took their jobs for granted.
Should have given negative rating. Poor service. Purchased an AC on 7th with delivery commitment of 9th. Entire day on 9th kept following up with store. They dont even know if item will get delivered. On 9th post 7pm after so many calls, they said my item is not available. They dont know how to manage inventory. Worthless people. To get money from you they will promise anything but will not stick to their words once money is paid. While purchase they said 9th will be delivery date and 10th will be installation. Now 9 became 11 and 10 became 13th. If you dont want to have experience like i am having, try other stores. Also they take money upfront for installation. The support behaviour is rude and arrogant. They behave like they simply have done favour to you by selling it. They are not worthy for your money. Dont buy from them ever. Service personal are not civilized.
