I purchased Samsung washing machine 10th nov, they delivered 17th Nov, installation person came 20th nov, that time machine some technical problems, still now mechanic not come ... and also no one responding.... show room person not receiving phone call. Costumer care number only promising 72 hours.... please don't buy any one any valuable electronics items in puttur show room.....

Hospitality of customers is not up to mark. Also a lot of improvement needs to be done in the billing section. They neither care the customers during the billing but there's a space to relax during a long wait time in billing desk.
It was good, I purchased asus tuf dash f15, when I ordered to the stock the price was about 76k and i get the order after 10 days, and the price was hiked upto 82k and i refused to down the amount but it's not worked finally it discounted 2k and give 80k and i don't get any combo or bag with that laptop.the employees are talk with friendly and it was satisfied.
