I have purchsed Lloyd 1.5 ton 3 star Air conditioner from Reliance digital on 16th may 2023. Installation was made on 18th may 2023. After Installation AC is hitting showing error "E5". Again we off the AC and started after 5 minutes its showing same error. We call the person who done the Installation, he said that he will came and check. Today in the morning he came and check theAir conditioner, he told us launch the complaint in lloyrd the engineer will come and check it. We complaint in lloyd, the lloyd engineer came and told us that is problem in Installation but i couldn't do anything about it, please call the reliance service man who installed it. Both the parties are not doing there work. Reliance service center telling for lloyd and lloyd is telling about reliance. Its not our fault, we are too much disappointed with the service. 2 tims we gone to reliance digital for solution. But didn't get response from your side. Don't buy anything.

The store is very good and at the right location. Staff is very friendly but offers are not as good as other stores. You will get even 10-20% less price in other stores. Parking spot to get is very difficult for 4 wheels but 2 wheels will be easily available. Happy shopping. Thanks for reading my review!!

It's a very very big store. There are a lot of household equipment like TV, refrigerator, AC, laptops, mobile washing machines, home theatre, sound bar etc. Staff was also helpful but if you go on Saturday or Sunday then there is a very very rush.
