The name may seem to be catchy but when u enter u will not find anything of ur choice. I recently visited to purchase a juicer but the staff themselves were not aware of the functionality of the product. The staff is I'll informed about the products they sell. Further most of the products are faulty and below average.The prices are no different from what u find in most places. The place has only one uniqueness and that is the name and nothing else

I have been in reliance store in wave Mall Jammu, I just went for a shaving machine and the service was fabouls and fantastic bt Tarik Zain he converted to me a another brand he explain me everything as he could and after that experience I bought many things just because of service and it was very great experience to visiting in reliance store

Pathetic service, all the staff are bussy on gossiping, watching mobile. I was asked for the product cost around 15k they ask for billing without product delivery. They told its come from their store. I never found such pathetic service mentality.... I guess they dont have concept of marjeting and sales... Pathetic gave one star just bcoz of wave mall
