I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the installation service provided by Reliance Digital. Despite clear communication and confirmation regarding the installation date of November 14th, the technician did not show up. I had made arrangements and patiently waited until 11 pm in Dombivli, as I was assured multiple times that the installation would be completed on that day. Unfortunately, this commitment was not honored, and the lack of punctuality and communication has left me frustrated and inconvenienced. when I tried to contact him on the scheduled day. Such disregard for customer time and inconvenience is not reflective of the standard I expect from Reliance Digital. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of Reliance Digital's sales commitment and service quality. As a result, I am hesitant to consider purchasing any future home appliances from Reliance Digital, and I will not recommend your services to friends and family unless there is a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I believe in fair business practices, and I hope that my concerns will be addressed promptly.
Place, product and delivery are all good. They told that they will come and connect gas stove in 2 to 3 days. But 1 week passed, didn't came to connect Faber's gas stove. Even tried to call, but store phone is switch off. Unhappy. Service is not good. Hope atleast now you will come to connect it.
I have purchases LED TV last sunday dated 08 oct sales team said product deliver and installation next 2 days but 3 day over but not deliver and ask for store he said stock is not available in stock... in case stock is not available. But he done billing... poor service provider and sales team wrong commitment give.. very bad experience
