There is absolutely no support from call center if we face an issue..the store manager will not respond to concerns raised through call centre..I made repeat purchases and showroom experience was very nice but they are big ZERO in after sales support..
After service poor, 2nd day I aproch with a complaint related a smartphone heat issue but they suggest to contact service center and also said purchased devise has heat issue. Why u advise before I select that product and didn't gave consumer favourable advise and replace policy etc . Now I have a heat emiting device worth Rs 28k. Samsung A34. online shopping is better than Reliance digital store.
very bad experience...I visited the shop seeing an add in facebook for iphone 13 128gb(54900/- offer price)...but when I reached there ...they told that the offer is not available..I went there trusting the brand...but the staff was really rude...they don't even know abt the offer...they told me the stock is over and compelled me to buy the same iphone at a high rate(60900/-)...I am disappointed
Very very bad experience.. When I went there they told the item is out of stock.. But they promised home delivery and I bought the item. But finally I got an alternative model with high price, which is available in low cost at Amazon or Flipkart.
Don't buy anything form here, showroom is good, staffs also good. But installation is really pathetic. In a row third time happening to me. AC installation committed and confirmed,i took leave but not came. Second day also committed , 2 days leave for me ,for a paid service. Really really pathetic.
