Was at reliance digital store yesterday. Due to a credit card issue couldn't book the A/C. So I requested the staff member (Mr. Sujit) to book the A/C by offering a token advance, but he said that there was no need and assured me that the payment could be made tomorrow. Now as we went back today, he said that the A/C stock was no longer available and said that we go for another model. Lack of commitment among your staff members.

The AC installation team are basically liar and support team will not listen to you. They took extra money from me with assurance that they will complete installation but will not do it properly. Pay them money after complete installation
