Worst electronic store in the city. Bought a blue star AC, they sent a broken unit and I still haven't received a replacement. It's been over 10 days. The staff is unhelpful and seemed like they are uneducated, couldn't give me a logical response. They also lied about providing replacement. Still haven't received it. Would never suggest this store to anyone else. Please avoid at all costs. I will not visit this store again even if they give products for free.

Don't buy anything from reliance digital silpukhuri they sold display unit I am buying a Asus tuf gaming f15 this is displayed unit and now som issue now in display And selling television also displayed And resQ employees have less knowledge off computer Asus tuf gaming f15 have ms office students version but they told me Asus don't get any ms office account but central mall resQ solve the ms office problem
It's a one stop destination for all your digital needs. Being a multi brand store it gives the customers ample scope to compare between various brands and take a final call. Staff behaviour is good and service is prompt . Parking for four wheelers is not available which I consider is a drawback.
Vary bad service. All Staff are irresponsible. I called them several times but nobody responded properly. And they don't receive the phone. It was a worst experience from this branch. And the staff are busy using their phone.
Its good u'll find your latest gadgets here but the price here and online doesn't match, generally things are cheaper online.. the staff are good well behaved

Loved this place. Gorgeous, for a mall in guwahati. Escalators could have been both ways but they aren't it is what it is. There are rides for kids at the entrance too, if you are a parent and looking for that.
