Worst customer service ever provided,even after 3 days of delivering the refrigerator installation is not done. Customer service and installation team just giving reasons.I won't suggest anyone realiance digital.it's better to get from chroma or direct vendor like LG,samsung. I had same experience with laptop also. So be aware before you buy anything from realiance digital. U can see so many reviews on same issue by many people.

Worst experience when we buy the lenovo laptop. Brand sales executive adnan told about the extended warranty but it's not happened what he told now when we call him for the same issue he's responding rudely and also very least reply for our issue. Is this kind of sales in ur reliance digital. Doing brand value low from these kind of cheap after sales Service ????

Very poor customer care from reliance shimoga,I bought TV, fridge, AC ,Kent four months back,they have given defective AC,Kent water is not working, underwent three times repair in three months. They take advance money for extended warranty but don't give good service. I personally don't recommend this reliance shimoga

Best store to buy digital products Huge range of display Telivisions..

I bought a l.g washing machine. per the standard guidlines within 24 hours installation and demo will done but even 4 days still no one attending the demo installation. At the starting they will behave like this , am thinking after that what type of service they will give to customers. This is really imbarresing movement to me . I will purchase any item again in this store
