Worst service I've ever faced. They don't know how to treat customers when we're purchasing they simply give all fake promises after purchasing they'll not respond to them and us . And I purchased a washing machine 4 years back and now I'm facing an issue when I tried to log a complaint the brand simply said the product is not registered and even in the warranty manual also they've not written anything. And when I went to the store today for the worst service ever faced they've not even responded properly this is how to treat a customer without customers there is no reliance digital. I suggest everyone not to go and if you purchase from them get to know all the things once with a confirmation otherwise you'll face problems like me.
Very good experience in reliance digital leela Mahal and I purchased Sony tv 55x82l sold by Naveen actually I went for '55' tv but Naveen explained very well,features of the tv ... And also Sony company giving 3years warranty by Sony and I prefered reliance warranty also am securing complete 5 years warranty....
I recently had a rather contrasting experience at the Reliance Digital store. I initially gave a 5-star rating for my product purchase experience, but I have to give a 0-star rating for the after-purchase services, particularly installation and addressing my queries. The purchase process was smooth, and I was pleased with the product itself. However, the trouble began when it came to the installation of the product. Despite my purchase of a high-quality product, the installation service was severely lacking. It's disappointing that a company known for its electronics couldn't ensure a proper and timely installation. Furthermore, my attempts to get my installation queries addressed were met with frustration and disappointment. The customer support team was unresponsive and unhelpful, making it difficult for me to resolve issues related to my product's installation. In summary, while the Reliance Digital store offered an excellent shopping experience, the after-purchase service, especially regarding installation and query resolution, was far from satisfactory. This stark contrast between the pre-purchase and post-purchase experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. I hope that Reliance Digital can improve its after-sales services to match the quality of its products in the future.
Recently purchased TV and the salespersons Prasad, Naveen, Krishna are very kind, knowledged and informative. They provided good customer service to us and got TV at very affordable price. So satisfied with the purchase. Good place to buy electronic products.
worst after sale experience. Had purchased an AC got stand free but not useful for 1.5 ton. Installation guys sent by Reliance digital are not efficient about the product how to install the filter and also not done properly . If I complain to the store they are suggesting to get it done somewhere from outside. Worst experience. If you want peace don't buy from reliance digital. Not even 1 star there is no 0 stars option so given 1 star.
