Over the years the quality of their customer relations has gone really down, been purchasing here since the store's opening. We've made big purchases amounting to minimum of Rs30K here almost every year. Yet this time I'm experiencing very bad customer support from the staff side while wanting to purchase an iPhone 15. It's as if the staffs don't really want to sell the product they're hesitant to let know me of the stock and it's availability, it's really irritating when they're reluctant to sell and inform a interested customer whose willing to make the purchase now. I'll not be making my purchase here after this. I'm Disappointed to see Reliance like this. See to that you take a list of interested people, make a waiting list and phone them accordingly.
