My visit to Reliance Digital, Kottayam, revealed a pleasant ambiance overshadowed by subpar customer service. Staff engagement was minimal, often preoccupied with their phones, contributing to a vicious cycle of low customer turnout and diminishing staff enthusiasm. This contrasts sharply with the excellent customer service at other nearby stores and the Reliance Digital in Oberon Mall, Ernakulam. The Kottayam store has room for significant improvement to break this cycle and enhance the shopping experience.

I am giving a 1-star rating due to their poor after-sales service. I purchased a refrigerator worth 1 lakh from this store and have been experiencing cooling issues for the past month. The sales staff here at the showroom urged me to get Reliance extended warranty and AMC, but when I raised a complaint, there was no technical support provided. Despite multiple tickets and a month of follow-ups, I have not received any technical assistance. This makes me question the quality of their products, and their after-sales service is extremely disappointing. I even tried contacting this showroom directly, but no one answers the calls. It's hard to believe that this happened after purchasing a premium refrigerator. Unbelievable!

Reliance digital shop , kottayam is the best option for purchasing electronic appliances.The attractive facilities and wide varieties of electric items like Television, fridge,laptops, refrigerator,Air coolers and many more.. One thing that strike me is their customer service , we can approach them with our doubts and they patiently cooperate with us.They explain us everything about the products. They offer digital payments like Debit and credit card ,online payment ,visa and liquid cash. Free Parking service is really helpful. I am really satisfied with the purchase.

Pretty bad. Even though there were nearly 8 cash counters, i was able to see only two were active. And some were just walking in some random direction. I don't see what's happening here.
