I purchased water purifier and paid the net cash on 7th October but till now they didn't do installation and whenever I call they are giving some petty reasons for delay and assure you with fake promises. Had a worst experience and I don't recommend this place to buy electronics items. Totally poor customer service..
Recently I had very horrible experience with Reliance digital Avadi Branch. After purchasing the product from the store I am just regretting. Because from the day I have purchased the product it's all about added tension. First we received defective OLED TV and after multiple follow-ups, we got new one. We also received Free gift headphones. After sorting out TV issue we tried to use the headphone. Not to be surprised even headphone was defective. Visited the store to get the exchange. It was not a say call to visit the store again looking at the past worst experiences. Still I gave a try. Once I visited after wasting my time they are like you can take any product worth Rs.1599 but if you're picking more than you have to pay. I agreed and as soon I was about to check for product another lady came in and she started giving lectures about the processes. I am not against the process but when people change the processes according to their own convenience I don't like. She is like you brought the product 7 days ago and as the processes it will take 1 week for replacement. I still explained her the last 1 week story regarding the TV. And her words are like whatever the reason the product purchase date is more than 7 days so we cannot replace it right away. Customer service in terms of sales and service both are extremely low. All fake promises are done while purchasing the product. Finally I gave up and handover the gift to the customer representative and told her she can have it as I don't have energy to come and waste the time.
Such a wonderful place for Electronic products (TV, Mobile, Fridge, A/c, washing machine.., etc)shopping. They are having individual demo sections & Technical exports for each & every brands & Every products. Customers service also excellent. Reliance digital is One of the best Pricing options in Electronic markets.

Nice place to buy electronic items. Get exciting offers on Republic and independence day. they provide discount on certain credit cards too. Old devices are easily exchanged here.
I would suggest do not go this shop. Very worst customer service. Especially about delivery they give fake/false promise. They will make you fool. if you ask for any queries.
Very busy place on a Saturday evening. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They were quick to help us with our queries even though we decided to leave empty handed. Billing is a bit delayed on busy days with lots of people crowding the billing counters.
