It was nice to visit Reliance at the Fiza Mall, Mangalore to buy a laptop and the service which I received from the staff especially from Mr Shiva Shetty was exceptional. He was polite and professional. I thanked him personally for his best service. Almost all were good. Kudos! All the best in 2024....J. Godwin Sequeira.

If you want to buy any electronic gadget visit reliance digital .And the cost is also the same as online for some products and they know how to handle the customers.

I really got a bad experience from here like actually I visited the store for alternative 2 days and when I visited the store today I saw one of the sales girl was telling something to others anyway this is not the way to treat a customer hospitality always remains first then comes the sales and profit I'm really disappointed with these behaviour never expected this I'm getting this kind of insult for the 1st time very bad experience it was not everyone some was like this proof is that I actually saw she was telling about me to some other person. Anyway no use of telling this here but still I felt like saying this here because I got that much of bad feel from the store

Bad experience i ever had in a reliance digital store altrogh it was my first purchase in forum mall but they have treated me bad after we have buyed the prodect they give the delivery after 5days of billed and that too i had to go to warehouse in kullur and collect the order After the delivery on that day only i called the store and told that the delivery was done and i need the installation and store staff didn't even bother to tell the service provider on that day...on the next day when i called the store why didnt they came for installation they said they are busy we will send you in the next day when the technician came for installation we asked if he was busy yesterday he replied that he got to know after i called the store and then he said he couldnt came on that day he will go on the next day Overall the delivery was late and also the installation if this is the usual thing i will no longer came into this store

Really bad experience in this store twice. First time it was purchase of AC which was delivered and they asked charges for insatlling AC in first floor as they coudnt acces first floor. Next we purchased kent water purifier for which they forced to take extended warranty saying service was free and filter change is free. Now it is a year since we are begging them to come and service the water purifier and it is still not done. we are fed up of calling and requesting. Please request all not to fall for their marketing techniques and go for extended warranty. They dont come to service any items after that.

Very Good Digital Appliances Store from Reliance in Fiza Mall. Samsung Tab & iPhone purchased here. Staffer Shivaraj very much helpful. I liked it very much.

This place has got it all! And the staff here are so super friendly and give you advice on how and what to get as per your specifications and requirements! Just loved their customer service. All the executives are eager to help and share information. Though it's their job to make sales, they prioritize the customer's needs and requirements and are ever so patient to repetitively explain things to us. I appreciate that.
