Reliance Digital - Electronics store in Aradi Socorro, Sangolda - North Goa, India

In all honesty I generally don't like reliance as a company..... BUT the service was good The only thing is that the staff need to know what they have. Had gone in to get a Boat sound system the first staff that I met told me that they didn't have that brand as we went through the store we found one piece and when we spoke to one of the more knowledgeable staff they informed us that even though they didn't have the model we wanted in stock they could deliver the item the next day. This was a win for reliance and will update once I receive the product.

This store has a very poor and pathetic after sales service. I am struggling since 3 months for repairing or replacement my whirlpool washing machine which is still under warranty and also they are demanding money for this. Again n again I urge u all do not buy from them any thing

I have purchased items from this store many times. With the latest purchase of my fridge up to the delivery scheduled for the next day the staff have been helpful, with a special mention to Alisha, she has been outstanding in assisting with all the necessary documentation & follow up. Thanks for assistance & recommendation in choosing the right fridge.

Guys to be true you'll don't even deserve a single star, but to write a review I had to. Today is the fourth day since I have purchased a TV from them but the installation is not done yet!!! When ever I ring them up they have only one scripted answer "will check with the service team and get back to you". Very pathetic service. Made a mistake by visiting your store instead I should have purchased from local shop you'll are just for name sake "Naam bade Darshan Chote"

Hi Reliance digital claiming to be good at services , and reputation . I am having the worst experience possible buying an air conditioner from your store . It would have been better if I would have purchased from a local dealer or ordered online instead . You claimed be there any issue you will resolve within 2 days . I purchased a brand new Voltas Ac from your store in Porvorim , Goa in May , sadly a brand new AC got technical issues just in 4 months out of which one month we were not home so ac was not turned on only . Upon raising a complaint your tech guy visited after 2 days , then they said within 4-5 days your parts will be available I requested them that I have a baby it's very difficult to live without an ac plz make it quicker , so instead of making it quicker they have been postponing it to 20 days and say the parts will become available by 9th October . Your technician placed an order on 22nd September . I kept following with your store they said we will update you Atleast 3 times then one fine day they say that I'll need to contact the service department . Now your service department doesn't even bother to pickup calls . Shameful services , claiming yourself to be such big brands and simply fooling people around not giving exact dates since the start . For 20 days without an ad what's the use of buying a new ac . Within 4 months it stopped working absolutely sad manufacturing. Upon everything your customer support number never works . Request you to stop fooling people and get our AC fixed asap . Else we will have to file further legal complaints against you for complete negligence .My issue is still not resolved and they have postponed it 12 days more

Its disappointing that firstly I received the product on time but did not receive correspondence for proper drilling for the AC from Reliance. The person came today and spent 6 hours to fix a split AC but was unable to due to faulty Daikon AC piece. First time it happened and trusted the brand for a response on issue like this. it has been really worst experience with you guys. I had and have multiple products from them but never faced such an issue. All my payments went on time and never there was an issue like this! Upon reporting the issue, the person on the phone took it super casually informing me about 100 approvals and a week's time! Is this a joke! I never wanted to but will be going to give worst feedback about your very poor service

It was a great experience to purchase laptop at reliance digital .The staff helped me alot while selecting the laptop which was best suitable for my work ,the staffs were very kind and provided me with correct information,thanks IT TEAM...

Nice experience. Though I had purchased an RO which I had to return for some reason. The return process was really smooth and the staff was very helpful. Mr. Bashir was kind enough to get everything done hassle-free. Will definitely make my next purchase from here only
