Staffs are ridiculous. I went for chimney buying and staff said the installation charges will be extra which is ok but said bore hole making charges will be 7000rs. For 20000 chimney he said 7000rs + 2000rs = 10000rs as installation charges. Not recommended, instead directly buy from online reliance digital with same warranty terms.

Customer service was very poor. Bought a single door refrigerator and it had too much ice formation within a week itself. Raised a complaint for the same and was told it was normal in single door fridges- adequate instructions/ check-up was not given while there could be defects in the sensor. There is also no proper cooling in the bottom shelfs.

Really it was very good experience in Gadag Mart. Mr. Shivayogi Hirematha is a wonderful person. Has a lot of knowledge. He was very friendly with us. Store locations -Gadag

Very bad experience purchasing from reliance store.complained about icing of the freezer but they told it is normal and told about defreezing and now i got to know about the sensor issue behind the problem after spoiling my own fridge while removing ice from freezer. Now no warranty, no replacement and I have to pay again . All these could have been avoided if they had considered my complaint and checked with the sensor. And cooling issue is there ,many items are spoiled because of lack of cooling. I lost my 13k in the first place and yet i have to pay again.

Very worst experience. Don't buy anything there. Staffs suck your mind n paiment issue..
