One less star only for the inconveniences occur during the online payment. I found that there server is on average down almost half of my visits. Apart from that, it's hold a good importance in purchasing gadgets that you need immediately from offline markets. The people here are helpful plus the place is not too much crowded so you have a peace in deciding what's you wants or what's you are going to purchase

Very bad experience in installation and wrong commitment for next day delivery and installation both. I purchased OLED TV. 2-3 nut bolt are missing in tv packing. Technician go back. Very bad experience.

I purchased Samsung S9 fe tablet at Rs 45000 from Gaya reliance digital and the sales man forced me to add reliance care worth of Rs5000 for one year. I said no but he forcefully added then price go upon Rs 51000 through emi. Then I realised of worst experience. I am now regret of buying this tablet from reliance digital. Please purchase from online, chroma should be good pick.

Very tender-heartedness experience

My experience was very unsatisfied.I purchased two smartwatches of different brand but now I want to return one watch and get the same one like the other but they are denying it it's very bad and disgraceful thing happened to me. That was my first time smartwatch but that doesn't seems that perfect in features, so I just wanted different one with good features but they are not doing it for me. It's totally scam the employee told me that both watches are same in features but they aren't...

Never buy from Reliance Digital because they provide the wrong information to customers. I have complained about it at least five times to the company, but no action has been taken. This is totally a froud case.
