I purchased a laptop of Asus from reliance digital with an extended warranty of 4 years of Rs 10,000 but when after 2 years some problem came reliance digital employees took the laptop and said we will send it fir repair. After 20 days they said that the motherboard is damaged due to moisture which is not covered in warranty but when I showed it outside market the motherboard was ok and there was no moisture problem. I want to advice reliance to employ competent person and stop fooling customers.
