Customer service sucks, this place offers varieties of household electronic items but there is so much required in terms of customer service, the formalities takes so long unlike other stores and the sales persons work at snail pace

Very much disappointed bt the digital plaza staff i tld them dt the delivery address will be different they said its ok the Delivery agent will call you about the address but it was not delivered on scheduled date 28-11 tuesday the very nxt day i took the number of the D agent and rang him and he was un aware of the different delivery address.we are moving out of station and still unable to deliver 3rd class service and negligence of the staff Will never by any products from them and won't suggest any of my famly and friends If their would hv been negative stars i would hv given that

Overall it was nice experience.... Specially the staff were knowledgeable and have guided me well thank you soo much reliance staff for your help.... Keep up the good work

The manager of this store is uneducated and unprofessional. Don't know the process of store pick up check out process. There were ample of Apple adapter on the store yet after spending 1.50 hours received an email mentioning that the store pick up order was cancelled as the product was out of stock in the store. Later I ended up buying the product in MRP. You are ruining the experience as well as our time. Don't trust their online offer's it's a scam

Everyone I spoke with, from store manager to support staffs provides excellent customer service, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Plus you get great discounts and deals.
