Non reallistic delivery date. I had ordered LG washing machine on 20th Nov 23 and told to get the delivery on 23Nov23 max to max 24Nov23. I trusted there commitment and paid full amount. Bu now today is 25Nov23 and no clue of delivery. Disappointed. Not sure how long they will delay delivery. I asked for refund but help desk person sayinh we need to talk to senior and all. Please do not pay full amount before delivery otherwise this thing may happen. Sales person: soib
Good store to purchase electronics. They have variety of options. Sales team helps in choosing the apt product and explains the details of the product very nicely. The loan process however was slow as most of my time got used up as the product offered by Sales didn't have the EMI scheme that I wanted. Good store to purchase electronics. Not happy with overall support . I paid 7000+ for extended warranty but As a courtesy they are not even ready to give a new remote to my AC which I bought from them. Remote was not damaged too and it stopped working all of a sudden . I had it checked from someone else using my money and that guy fixed the remote . Thank you.
