Date of AC purchase - 17-4-22 sunday. Sales person told me RESQ benefits , so I paid for it. After multiple follow ups installation not done. So I sent an email on 22-4-22. Just after that get multiple calls for installation. (which means your service partner believes in service after complaint.) Reasons for delay in installation manpower denied. There serice people always called in evening odd hours. Which is not feasible at all for a family. Now on 1 st May I lodged a complaint about water leakage from AC on resq and scheduled appointment as per availability. My appointment was rescheduled without informing me and nobody contacted me even after rescheduling. Mr. Pintu from the service center called me on 3-5-22 at 1:24 pm and said someone will come today for sure. Mr. Kailash called me around 8:08 Pm and said sir it will take another 1.5 hour to reach there , even after again it is the second time your service person called me in odd hours. I agreed and told him to come. I waited till 10 pm at night , nobody came or informed me about not coming. Then finally today at 12.34 pm I connected him and asked are you coming. He said I am just leaving the office. I asked him to connect me to his superior then suddenly he said I lived already. This is a hilarious experience. I was assured that I have taken RESq plan , so service will not be an issue for me. It is a horrible experience for me. All time your service team approaches me in the evening at odd hours. Now this is my humble submission. Please arrange a reverse pickup for my AC and resq plan refund.
