Very worst customer service post purchase. Today I called the store to report an emergency malfunction of my IFB washing machine which was purchased in the year 2022. But the attitude of the spokesperson of the showroom was very lethargic without any empathy towards the customer. He was just keep on insisting me to call the manufacturer stating that they are just sales team and will do only installation and in no way they will provide service to customers post purchase. Even for my bluestar AC which I purchased there they forcefully sold RESQ Care plan after that only once that too upon my repeated calls they came for service. Please don't purchase here if you expect a professional service & behaviour from them post purchase.

I have placed an order for a TCL43 4K UHD 43P635 TV on Sunday (24th Sep'23) at the Reliance Digital - Velachery branch. The TV was delivered on Monday (25th Sep'23). When the Installation team came to install it on 26th Sep'23, we found that the TV Serial Number was not available behind the TV which was supposed to be there during unboxing. Thus the TV is still not installed and it is not taken back for replacement or any alternative option. Regarding this issue it was informed to the Reliance digital showroom where i purchased and to the service team but there is no required action taken. Since there is no coordination between the sales and service team and also due to the missing serial number, I suspect it might be an unauthentic product.

Scam alert: I bought Vivo v21 phone with screen replacement warranty cost 4699 and when screen was broken they charged service charges 999. They took my phone and after 15 days they said parts are not available so get screen replaced outside and they can provide maximum budget approval of 5700( the amount which I paid till now) then what is use of insurance I could have kept money with me itself. Big scam. I have registered grevience in consumer court. I want serviced mobile or full replacement cost what ever Vivo is charging me. Update 2. Got it repaired after 16 days and multiple followups.
