I have purchased a Haier side by side Refrigerator of 3 doors on 21 oct 23, but from day 1 it is not working properly (conversion from freezer to fridge)after installation.after so many trails of 15 days the issue is not sorted out till now I am facing the same issue. There is no value for customers money
Worst delivery experience and Worst customer care service, if your planing to buy any electronics kindly opt with different dealers. If you buy something and have a issue with the product the customer care team won't even consider your complaint, Nobody takes responsibility to address the customers call. This is the worst experience you recive after buying expensive products.
Not recommend to any one. Instalation Service don't even justify single star. Installation didn't happen on time. We waited for 3days for instalation after deleverd the product. We Brought LG tv, no one take responsible for instalation, reliance staff told that brand service people will come and instal the product and brand people told we are not instal the product brought from reliance digital. So who will instal.? After calling so many time then only come and instal the product and demand for payment to instalation. Nobody takes responsibility to address the customers call. Totally Worst SERVICE for best Product.. Waiting for home theater to deliver purchase it 10days back but not yet deleverd.

The reliance sales staff in Tumkur branch need to be trained well and they should be taught abt discipline and some basic manners in the premises.... The sales staff are one of the worst which I have ever seen in my entire life they do not know how to behave them self in front of customers... I walked into the store at 3 pm and the entire team in 2 nd floor were having gala time by enjoying loud music and just discussing there personal things, really shame on the leader of your branch for not training your staff well ... I have never experienced such a worst staff in my life , if this things continue further I am sure your tunkur branch will close first and rest of the other branches will also shut down and you will see the end of your business cycle ... kindle take my feedback seriously
