Reliance Digital - Electronics store in Kadapa - Y.s.r., India

i have purchased an HAIER AC at Reliance Digital kadapa on18.03.2023. Ever since i purchased it I'm getting issues. Within 10 days of purchase the AC has stopped cooling, when i have complained verbally at the store some technician has attended and said it is a Minor issue in the out door and no problem, and we are getting the minor issues in between and i have kept complaining the same with the store team in between and again in the month of May'2023 the AC has stopped functioning, i have given a complaint and they said gas is getting leaked in the out door and they took it for 6 days and returned saying the copper pipe is in the out door is leaking and they have welded and they have shared the video.. at that time i have insisted Mr Naresh for the replacement and he said there will be no issues further and will replace the entire unit, and again on October 14th it again stopped working and when questioned Mr Naresh, he initially said he will send a mail and will get the entire unit replaced and now after 24 days he said it will not get replaced as it is passed 6 months.. i have spent 39K of my heard earnings, waste product and waste service from both Haier and Reliance Digital.. And Reliance customer care is asking to go on my fate.. *Really useless product and service from both HAIER AC and RELIANCE DIGITAL...*

Worst 2nd hand stores, I purchased washing machine and the box looks new and inside they kept some old dusty washing machine with worn out stickers and packing....now asking for replacement, they are not reactive....Don't buy anything from this 2nd hand stores

It's a multi brand electronic showroom as you all know it...it's very convenient for two wheelers and there is underground parking.

A worst experience for today. Trial rooms and in the ground floor acs are not working. Then how can customers shop for their needs in a peaceful way. Still offer was there shop for 3999 and get 3999 free

The staff were nice and helped me in choosing the laptop that was best for me. The only downside is there is no air conditioning and very humid.

*Disappointment level 5star /Suggest Not to buy * 19-4-23 , I have Purchased a Hier 1.6 Ton AC from this store. Mr. Balu have Assisted while Sale and Promised a Free Installation (Mentioned no hidden Charges, Even After Mentioning it is Appartment)and Express installation with in 24 hrs , which They faild to keep . They doesnt let me Talk to the Manager ,Made me wait for Long time in Store. No one held responsible and Made Blank Faces . 25 -04-23 , On the day of installation , Service guys asked 1200 For Installation as Installation is in a appartment, which i already mentioned at the time of before. Contacting Sales person about the issue. He is just crossing the Words by Saying He haven't mentioned "No hidden Charges". Taking this to the Store manager's presence made no difference, And Also Made me watch , all the drama . They don't have any co ordination .No One held Responsible EOD, . That's definitely a big failure from the Management Team , which have a responsibility to keep all the department under one roof . Here they only have one motto "Make Customers Buy, And Let them Suffer the Rest". P.s:- They Haven't provided Any Receipt for 1200Rs . Does Sounds Like A scam ?? Umm

No AC and people can't withstand even 10 mins also
