Very pathetic customer service from this store. Highly unprofessional staffs, no sense of talking and owning responsibility for any complaints. For a one AC complaint had to visit store 3 times in 5 days. Yet they are unable to take care of it.

A very big and luxurious Shop with great collection of electronics items. Have wide variety of TV and other electronic devices. Gadgets are well arranged. Went their for laptop but they have very limited stocks and variety. Prices are also higher then the market or individual showroom. Their stocks are limited have selected some device and they have only the showcased item and not a packed item in stock. Need some better experience in laptop segment. Good variety of brands in headphone are available. Enjoyed that segment

We recently bought samsung AC from this store. Overall good shopping experience However we faced a lot of issues in getting the installation done. The reliance store seller included the 1400 rs for installation fee on the bill. The installation guys first made us wait for complete one day. They came on next day after multiple follow up and when they came they started give us random charge details like extra pipe charges on thier rate 350 per feet (market price being 210-250) even we informed not to buy at 350 , apart from installation charge they needed 100 rupees per feet for feeting the pile which was around 900 extra ...then they said that need some extra for extra outdoor unit clamp set up ....we reached out to thier manager ...and got the issue sorted .. However it was alot of waste of time and energy for us . Would recomend do not buy thier in store annual maintanence plan They have pathetic service center staff No clear information on installation They can charge what ever they want if you not willing to give them a push Do NOT buy installation from that store.
Pls read carefully this store in saguna more is totally making fraud commitment to customer for fulfil their sailing targets..As I purchased Faber chimney they told me that there is a offer for free servicing on any 5 home appliances but after one month when i asked for the servicing of ac now they show their real colour,Now they will play who told you this I didn't sayed bla bla and fool customer by making difference between service and servicing.These all are unskilfull,unprofessional and talk like illiterate.. pls don't fall into this type of commitment I will suggest all To go reliance digital store at jagdevpath instead this saguna more...I don't know why these guys are seating there just to waste time of customer as well as relaince..Better brand like reliance should look into matter...... 29.08.2023
