One of the worst service ever. Don't take their service plans, they will not do the service. every time it will be the same response, your call will be attended in 42 hours, but even after weeks you have to keep following up, nothing will happen. If the technician visits you, they will say that the parts should come from elsewhere and will get the review message from you stating that they need it to post the follow up appointment and will give excellent feedback for themselves but you will still remain not able to use the product you purchased. Please don't purchase any product from Reliance and definitely don't go for their service contract you will end not using the product with you purchased. I purchased water purifier from them and it is not working after 6 months and it's nearly a month I am following up for the service without proper response and the worst part is that I have signed a 3 year service contract. The service technicians and the staff are the worst, they will not take any effort to do the service. Quick update (27/9). I have sent a email to the mail id that was given in the response to this post yesterday and till now nothing has been done. Update (2/10). The technician finally came on 29/9 and informed that the filter needs to be changed and it will cost 2500 rs. Even though I have warranty and also purchased extended warranty for 3 years I ended paying that amount since the manufacture warranty will not cover filter and reliance service warranty will start only after an year. No one actually told this during the purchase, but I didn't have a choice. Now, we went out of station for 2 days and returned today and guess what?? The water purifier is not working. Called the service and got the response saying they will attend in 2 days. I really doubt they are selling original products. Previously I had Aquaguard for more than 10 years, but I never faced this much problem. So, I spent 9k for the product, 3k for reliance service warranty and 2.5 k for filter change within 6 months and still getting water from cans. This is reliance sales and service. Quick update 12th October. Till today they have not sent a technician for service and I am buying water after spending 9k for the product and 5.5k for the service. Now you can decide to go with reliance service or not. On top of this I reached out to customer care asking them to cancel the extended warranty since no service is provided, and got a response saying some one will reach out to me in 72 hours. There is no way that you can cancel the service. Update 21st October. Till date there is no proper response from reliance, I got a service person from outside to fix the issue and following up with reliance to cancel my service warranty as it is of no use. When I call the customer care they say that there is no precess to cancel the warranty and I have to reach the store. In the store they said the manager will call but I didn't get any call. Following up with store again. The total cost of the product is now 9k + 5.5k +500 total 15k. Finally the product is working after I called for an external person to fix it. The irony was that the fix was very simple.

Worst customer handling branch. Please visit some other branch. After buying customer service will be worst. They will change their word after selling. 24 hours installation is promised when i but AC but sales person changed his words after delivery as 48 hours. Total liers.

Prices are very competitive. There is Croma available in ground floor also plz check the prices and offers there before you buy here. The sales person response was good. And I can see most of them were with their hand gloves. They have all home appliances, computer & accessories. They have an option of extended warranty for peace of mind even after the brand warranty expires.

The staffs are lazy. I visited to check on Samsung ultra phone, the higher end ones like S23. He didn't even lift the Phone to show. When I said the prize seems costlier than Flipkart or Amazon, he smiled sarcastically. Really disgusting behaviour. Then I had to show them . After i showed it, he just walked away. Have purchased couple of electronic appliances in Reliance Digital. The price is always cheaper compared to other stores. They often give you some exciting offers and cashbacks. The customer service is also good. - Lenovo Gaming Laptop /(Free- Printer) - Samsung Fridge / (Free -Cooking Set) - LG Washing machine /(Debit Card Cashback) - Reconnect Avengers Toaster Initially when the fridge was delivered, it had a dent on the door. We raised a complaint and later we got another piece as replacement. Just compare the pricing with Reliance Digital online. For few products the price varied a lot.

Good response . Already i will check laptop coroma but is not available then I am reliance digital. He tell for only for display otherwise not available . Then he told wait for 1 hours i will arrange for your requirement . Then he will arrange for Brookefields Mall thank u for support for staffs name is ajith thank u ajith ....

Very very bad service..we have to go through online shopping procedure for service. Then what is the need of buying products from this showroom. It is better to purchase products directly from online. If we buy a product from show room then replacement or service what ever that have to provide in that showroom. This is very bad.
