Be Careful with the payments with this store. They say no cost emi but still charge you extra for which they will not give you proper reasons and just show hands to some other person who again will direct you to another guy. They provide false statement to bank for converting into emi. I was charged 1.5K extra. You will never get your money back.
Really very bad experience from my side. I bought front load whirlpool washing machine with rescue plan. The machine is not rotating the time is going on but washing is not happening for that problem they didn't responded for past six months. The problem is still continuing but no action is been taken. Kindly check everything before you buy anything from them. Almost they are selling second grade and not providing good service too. They are not doing what they are saying at the time of selling. Don't buy rescue book from them it's waste of money no trained service person is their in rescue team. If we raise a complaint they themselves close without asking us. Hereafter I wow not to buy any product in reliance store. Daily is my work to take the video because I am ideal they think customer are like anything.
Extremely disappointed , I stepped in to check the price of IPhone 15, yesterday... worst experience ever... The Guy has to undergo a re- training how to handle customer... he made me feel so embarrassed... we step in for the brand name reliance... not for the person who is handling me.. I don't want to spoil his carrier mentioning his name.,.. that show how dignified I am..: he needs lots of improvement...product is out everywhere in the market... what matters is how u treat the customer... when a customer asked you for a product, explain him the benefits, the difference in model price variation, type of payment method, rather then showing of like a boss,, stop showing ur attitude, if customers show back think ...
Right next to Reliance Trends. This place has quite the variety of electronics all up to date. Was looking for a TV, and they all kind of ranges based on budget. One of the sales agent, he was very helpful in explaining in and out of the desired TV I wanted. Even said that the products you get online would be found a few 1000s cheaper here as they provide cash back and extra warranty. Sometimes seeing is believing, so walk in for a demo. Ample car park and covid norms followed

Went there to look for a mobile for my mother. I could not find the model I wanted but the staff were very courteous and helpful. Mr.Pugazh showed various models of the spec I had in mind and explained elaborately the features and the differences between different models.
This store is a disaster. Dozens and dozens of staff and only one counter where they can make a bill for you to pay for anything. 3 times in a row I've walked out after waiting more than 5 minutes to even BEGIN the paying process while a huge huddle of staff crowd around the point of sale. I won't go again, neither should you. Buy from Croma or Amazon.
Recently I have visited the showroom to buy new lg 50 inch tv. But sales persons so keen on selling the display piece which was running more than a year in the showroom.
