I like to visit the showroom when I come to the mall because there are so many types of new appliances and gadgets I can explore here .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Bought Boat Airdopes from here last week, they promise 7 day return policy but when it comes to claiming it, those are just words. I was having battery issues in a Boat airdope genesis which I bought from here for INR 2100. When I told their support help staff about it. Firstly they made us wait for an hour. The guy who was supposed to help us wasn't there for an HOUR. I had to start work in 1 hour yet I waited. After an hour when there support staff came, they said to us that they can't do anything, we would have to go Boat service centre. If you have 7 day return policy, why should I have to go to Boat service centre? After telling the guy again & again that these were bought only 7 days ago, he finally let us talk to the support staff. The guy asked the issue and he denied my idenied my concerns with straight face without even checking or anything. He said "mai bhi use krta hu yeh headphones, isme essa hi hota h". I too have been using Boat earphones since the past 5 years, but have never had such battery issue. When we asked to exchange the product or give us store credit. He denied straight away. Telling us that this cannot be replaced. It's better to guy from a local store than, because even they would have replaced ut. The guy was very rude and started debating with us on our issue & denying it. He said this can't be replaced now and they would have to be checked with Boat Service Centre, and said it would take two -three days. He wasn't even taking the product back. But when we requested him so he took it and said he would check it and let us know. We were there there for more than 1.5 hour and still our issue was not resolved The support help staff was rude & dismissive They promise about a return policy but it doesn't exist! Key takeaway -I t's better to buy from croma or order online, then atleast you can return the product it it is detected

Visited this store to purchase a laptop. Got a great deal .. Krish who assisted us was very helpful and patient.. One of their employee's Chandan Namdev is extremely rude.

Before this please conform the nearest location where you are going to visit the place and the items are available or not as some of the items are out of stock in your nearest location.
