The products of this place are good bcs these are collections of different companies but the service and follow up is horrible,i purchased two products from here first one was laptop and second one microwave oven,for laptop i purchased their si called ResQ service which was just a waste of money ,these people will never ResQ ur product in extended warranty they will wait for the warranty to expire so that they can charge u more and more....Second time when i purchased oven they(RD)told me their people will visit with in 3 days for demo ,since then 15 days passed in between i called to their staff and many persons around 25 calls but everytime they gave excuses,and never solved any problems,so i concluded with my experience that if u want to purchase any electronic or electrical item simply purchase from online or at OEM shop like LG SONY CROMA etc.Never purchase products from any Reliance Shops..
Extremely poor and worst service I received ever. No cooperative staff. I bought a new Aqua guard home and had a service booked after 2.5 months and had to make several calls for them to even make a call back. Sick of this Service and the marketer- Reliance digital, CCM, Nashik. If it was upto me I would have never even rate them in one star.
On 2nd Aug 2023 I purchased BPL TV. They promised me to deliver TV by 3rd Aug now they are giving reason and now they are not responding to my calls. This is my 2nd time I am purchasing product from them and I am not at all satisfied with their service

Very bad experience with staff. They have delivered different product and when we went to ask they misguided and not receiving calls also. We were having trust on this firm but from this incidence not a single thing we buy from there store.
