Good service best products at low price
Reliance Digital is a haven for technology enthusiasts, offering a comprehensive range of electronic products and services. My recent visit to their store left me impressed with their vast selection, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
I have been here many times but the way they treat their customers is very poorly. They think very high of themselve. This week I got there to buy my self a phone. And just to tell me to step aside. One of the employee said it in a very bad way that I can't even describe it here. It's better to shop from a local store than to shop from here. Atleast local store don't treat you in such disrespectful way. It's just very poor. I'll never come here in my life to buy anything. I wish there was a way to give you 0 star. Just work on your employee that how do they treat your customers. And they don't disrespect the customers.
Manager is harsh ,rude and heartless ,wish him be replaced with a manager who is ready to understand the customers pain points so that customers don't feel trapped and feel like repeating their purchases in this particular mall
I came to reliance digital to feel the product on hand & to see it fits my needs or not but the female staffs are not that much educated or IDK what- they always poke, they even started saying this product is for display only dont touch it, i immediately asked for a manager and then the manager never showed up..
