Amazing experience with Reliance Digital, I went to Enquire about Refrigerator, AC and Washing machine on 31st July , Found the prices satisfactory and matching with E-commerce portals and after cashbacks it's a better deal than E-commerce portals. They gave really good deals apart from the their price slashed out from MRP LG 1Ton 5Star Inverter AC was 40,900 in Amazon and 41,990 at Reliance Digital, But Reliance digital made a better deal and gave free installation and outdoor unit stand complimentary and additionally Credit card cashback was given with No Cost EMI option Special Thanks to Mr.Mohan & Mr.Janakiram They informed me about other special discount which was available only on 30&31st July '23 of rs 5000 by Reliance, when Total bill value after Cashback is 80K This is the first time I had done shopping in Reliance digital, This will be my go to destination for my future shopping On 31st July , as I went to Reliance digital around 8:30pm , Mr Mohan patiently waited till I confirmed the models and as the offer was expiring on 31st , He made sure my billing was done properly though I delayed in selecting the items . While billing the time was post 10:30pm , Special Thanks to Mohan for extending his shift and making easy the billing process and explaining the Cashbacks . And delivery was done promptly on the committed date and Installation was immediately done after Delivery. Kudos to Reliance digital

Good to store near Porur signal, chennai Not too much items available Staff is not having much aware of the product in the store and there is no proper response when asking something I looked for a speaker , i asked the person will the Bluetooth Mike will come with the speaker, he was like that we will know only after buying the product, if you want to check then you should buy the product and open the the box and see. Please don't purchase any product in reliance digital showroom porur, Very poor response and ownership showed to the customer. And don't believe if they said for any cashback of the product. My own experience, i brought sony tv about Rs. 99000. On the time of purchase they said Rs.9000 will be the cashback for the purchased product credited within 90 days, but still now I didn't receive cashback amount almost 272 days over. So please be aware.
