They force you to take paid extended warranty on products, And don't respond your calls at all.. We paid for the extended warranty but reliance digital is not at all supportive for service.. our money is in vain in reliance digital. Our refrigerator is in dead condition just after 1 year, And they are no where to support, what kind of products and warranty do this digital provide .?
If I comment over products availability it's quite good as most of the products are available and my experience was good enough here with products, but customer handling was not upto mark. I booked IFB oven and paid the complete amount and even updated about the date but on the day of delivery the person who was handling was sk lazy that he took almost 3 hours to finally check out the product. Other than this everything was fine here
