Bad Experience no response to customer don't take any product. on this Shope. simply sell the product. Reliance product is bad product. there is no policy of the product. even not taken back or no exchange. other company for example amazon , flipkart given policy for return the product 5 to 10 days. but Reliance Digital fake company . customers suffer when he purchase the product. plz don't take product of this company.
We have bought sony TV on Saturday. They said, they will fix the TV by sunday definitely. But it's Tuesday already still not fixed. They are not giving appropriate response as well and no progress to our issue. Very bad experience with this store. Once you pay the bill, whatever promise they give you will not happen. Very disappointed. I will not recommend my family and friends to this store.

Went to buy this cooler, as you can see in picture there was no representative in the first floor we waited for 15-20 mins to get a representative upstairs. On the other hand there were like 10-15 people at the entrance welcoming guests which I feel it was scary to have many people over there.
