Worst customer service I ever had . They are even considering customer satisfaction anymore they just wanted to sell the product . Staff are not responding properly they come n going .
Very well maintained electronic store to purchase all your household appliances from refrigerators, washing machines, wet grinders, microwave ovens etc... The staff are courteous and know their stuff. They explain the features of your products of interest very well and help you make the correct purchasing decisions by letting you know the pros and cons of each product. They also offer service for certain products purchased from them.
Worst customer service. Staff was completely not interested to even show the products..unfriendly behaviour while asked about features of the product. I guess the management should educate the staff about receiving customers and getting to know their needs. One will definitely feel unwelcomed if they are visiting the store.

This is the worst ever shop where we have to wait for hours for the billing as they don't have proper billing device to scan or any other alternate ways.... With such a big shop they have only one billing counter and juggling with multiple devices for billing... people with massive patience can come here
